I am a professional fitness trainer and former United States Marine with over 20 years of personal training experience. I specialize in body recomposition, mobility, muscle building, weight loss, and nutrition. As each client has different goals, each client gets a custom tailored training and nutrition program.

Over the past 20 years I have trained hundreds of clients, including professional athletes such as NFL Defensive End, Datone Jones and professional hockey player, Landon Bow. As a professional fitness trainer I hold a Certified Personal Trainer certification from the Cooper Institute, NASM nutrition specialist, NASM personal training certification, Apex nutrition certification, and have taught personal training certification courses at East Central University.
