Hi, I'm Zach
I am a former United States Marine with over 20 years of personal training experience. I specialize in body recomposition, mobility, muscle building, weight loss, and nutrition. As each client has different goals, each client gets a custom tailored training and nutrition program designed to help them reach those goals.
Over the past 20 years I have trained hundreds of clients, including professional athletes such as NFL Defensive End, Datone Jones and professional hockey player, Landon Bow. I also hold a Certified Personal Trainer certification from the Cooper Institute, NASM Nutrition Specialist, NASM Personal Training Certification, Apex nutrition certification, and have taught personal training certification courses at East Central University.

The Facility
All clients are trained out of the Self Made Training Facility in Dallas. Self Made Training Facility is a 14,000 square-foot private gym with state of the art training equipment ranging from a full UFC octagon, boxing ring, free weights, machines, cardio equipment, Olympic lifting stations, and a turf HIIT section. This is a private gym where everyone is either a trainer or an athlete being trained. This allows for a motivating and judgement free atmosphere and doesn't require you to pay for a gym membership.
